Your Role at Sapience:

• Full Stack Development: Develop, maintain, and optimize both front-end and back-end elements of our web platforms, primarily focused on WordPress.
• WordPress Optimization: Improve the performance, security, and SEO of our WordPress websites, ensuring they deliver fast, smooth, and reliable experiences.
• Custom Development: Design and build custom themes and plugins to enhance our WordPress sites, integrating with various third-party APIs and services.
• Collaborate & Innovate: Work closely with our design, content, and marketing teams to bring innovative ideas to life, translating them into functional and visually appealing web experiences.
• Continuous Improvement: Regularly monitor and improve website performance, implement caching strategies, and fine-tune server environments to boost speed and stability.
• Stay Ahead of Trends: Stay updated with the latest web development and WordPress trends, applying new techniques and tools to ensure we remain at the forefront of digital innovation.

What You Bring to Sapience:

• Full Stack Expertise: 3+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer with hands-on knowledge of WordPress optimization.
• Tech Skills: Proficiency in front-end (React.Js, NEXT.Js, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery), back-end (Node/Django, REST API), and database (SQL, PostgreSQL) development.
• WordPress Optimization: Proven experience optimizing WordPress websites for performance, security, and SEO, with a deep understanding of caching, CDN, and server-side optimization techniques.
• Problem-Solving Ability: Creative thinker with strong analytical skills, able to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues while delivering efficient, clean code.
• Passion for Coding: You love building and optimizing websites, always looking for ways to push the boundaries of what’s possible.
• Team Player & Self-Starter: You work well with others in a collaborative environment, while also being capable of working independently and taking ownership of projects.
• Immediate Availability: You’re ready to join the team and hit the ground running.

Requirements:

• Remote Work Capability: Ability to work effectively from a remote location within the Pacific Time Zone.
• Technical Proficiency: Reliable high-speed internet, a capable computer or laptop, and high-quality audio/video tools.
• Work Environment: A professional, distraction-free home office setup to support your work.

Compensation:

• Monthly Compensation: $1,000 – $1,600 per month
• Compensation is based on experience and qualifications.

Work Schedule:

• Monday to Friday: 5:00 AM – 2:00 PM PST (5:30 PM – 2:30 AM IST)
• Saturday: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM PST (9:30 PM – 2:30 AM IST)
