Role Overview:

We are seeking a Full Stack Developer with deep expertise in building and launching production-level products. As a key member of our team, you will take full ownership of the development lifecycle, from architecture design to final deployment, ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality, scalable products in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable full-stack applications using TypeScript, JavaScript, Nest.js, Next.js, React.js, and Tailwind CSS.
• Architect and optimize microservices to ensure scalability, modularity, and high performance.
• Build and manage efficient data pipelines with MongoDB, PostgreSQL, and Redis for seamless backend operations.
• Take full ownership of the end-to-end product development lifecycle, ensuring on-time and high-quality launches.
• Lead and mentor a team of developers, establishing and enforcing best practices in development workflows.
• Develop and integrate RESTful APIs services into production systems.
• Optimize system performance using caching mechanisms and advanced DevOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver new features that align with product goals.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain production systems, ensuring reliability and uptime.
• Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve product development.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience: 3 or 4 years in full-stack development.
• Frontend: Expertise in React.js, Next.js, and Tailwind CSS for responsive UI development.
• Backend: Strong proficiency in Node.js, Nest.js (preferred) and building scalable microservices.
• Languages: Advanced knowledge of TypeScript and JavaScript.
• Databases: Hands-on experience with MongoDB, and Redis.
• DevOps: Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• API Design: Proven experience with RESTful APIs implementations.
• Strong understanding of system design patterns, scalability, and modular architectures.
• Proficiency in version control using Git and managing collaborative workflows.
• Leadership: Experience mentoring and leading development teams to achieve technical excellence.
• Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
