Job Description:

We are looking for a Full Stack Engineer with a versatile skill set to join our innovative team. As a Full Stack Engineer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications that meet the needs of users.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy robust web applications using Python Django, React, and Java Spring Boot.
• Architect efficient, scalable, and maintainable solutions for both front-end and back-end components.
• Implement responsive and user-friendly interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks and libraries.
• Manage Linux-based servers and web server configurations to ensure optimal performance and security.
• Utilize Docker for containerization and orchestration of application deployments.
• Design and optimize database schemas for PostgreSQL, MySQL, and NoSQL databases to support complex data requirements.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues across the full stack, ensuring timely resolution of technical challenges.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry best practices to drive continuous improvement in our development processes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2+ years of professional experience as a Full Stack Engineer, with expertise in Python Django, React, and Java Spring Boot. Fresh graduates are also allowed provide they have done significant work outside of academics.
• Proficiency in Linux environment and web server management.
• Strong proficiency in front-end technologies including JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker for deployment and scaling.
• Hands-on experience with relational databases like PostgreSQL and MySQL, as well as NoSQL databases such as MongoDB or Cassandra.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset towards troubleshooting and debugging.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment is a plus.
