Software Engineer

We’re seeking a Software Engineer to join our team and contribute to a high-impact project. You’ll be key in building and maintaining the next big thing in gaming, using modern technologies to create a seamless, scalable, and secure experience for our users.

We’re an interactive entertainment company with three successful products under our belt and a fourth one in development. Our brands entertain over a million players in North America. Where:

Hybrid with at least one day a week in our office in Cracow or fully remote.

You must be physically located and present in Poland.

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver Quality: Develop and maintain product features with a focus on performance, reliability, and adherence to coding standards. Collaborate in planning and delivery ceremonies to achieve business outcomes.
• Optimize Delivery: Implement Continuous Delivery practices, creating concise Pull Requests and conducting rapid proof of concept work.
• Ensure Performance & Security: Ensure products meet SLIs and SLOs, and contribute to design and architectural decisions within the engineering team.
• Grow & Develop: Work with your line manager on a learning and development plan, improve the codebase, and deepen your understanding of design decisions.
• Network & Contribute: Attend industry meetups, network with peers, and support the recruitment of top talent by providing referrals.

Skills & Requirements:

We don’t expect you to tick every box. We are willing to train the right person who wants to learn.

• Experience: 5+ years in software development, with a strong background in Java and Kotlin.
• Strong background in multiplatform system integrations using diverse technologies. Proven ability to deliver robust web and cloud solutions, especially in high-load environments.
• Technical Proficiency: Expertise in software design, clean coding, and automated testing.
• Problem Solver: Strong troubleshooting abilities and a proactive approach to finding solutions.
• Collaborative Mindset: Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
