Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining both frontend and backend applications, ensuring a seamless and efficient user experience. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to implement new features, optimize application performance, and ensure the integrity and security of our systems. Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and deploy frontend and backend features based on product requirements and design specifications.
• Develop and maintain web applications using Python and related frameworks (Django, Flask).
• Integrate and manage APIs to support various functionalities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Managers and other developers, to define, design, and ship new features while ensuring technical feasibility and scalability.
• Optimize application performance, ensuring security and data integrity across the stack.
• Identify and correct bottlenecks, troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software issues quickly and efficiently.
• Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation.
• Document code and processes to ensure maintainability and facilitate team collaboration.
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and proactively assess and evaluate the adoption thereof into the organization.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proficient in Python and related frameworks (Django, Flask).
• Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, etc.).
• Experience with Postgres, SQL, NoSQL, MongoDB, and Cassandra.
• Knowledge of microservice architecture, distributed systems, and RESTful APIs.
• Familiarity with version control systems (Git).
• Experience with cloud services (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud) is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Python development.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, adapting to a fast-paced and evolving work environment.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Experience with agile development methodologies.
• Contributions to open-source Python projects or active involvement in the Python community.
• Knowledge of data science and machine learning concepts and tools.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a similar profile, with a track record of delivering successful products.
• Comfortable working in the Eastern Standard Time (EST) shift.
• Experience in a remote work environment is a plus.

Salary: 20 Lacs to 25 Lacs PA
