Why our client is hiring for this position/mission

We are looking for an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining our web application and collaborating on back-end development using a RESTful API. You will work closely with the development team,

participate in Agile/Scrum processes, and help build reusable components with Storybook for a cohesive design system.

Team

You will be working with a team of 6 developers

Responsibilities:

• Create and manage reusable frontend components using Storybook.
• Ensure high quality of frontend code with Playwright for end-to-end testing.
• Work in the development of new frontend components
• Work on the backend using Node.js with the Fastify framework and TypeScript to build and maintain our RESTful API.
• Write unit tests using Mocha to ensure the robustness of the backend code.
• Attend daily Scrum standups and other Scrum ceremonies (planning, reviews, retrospectives).
• Collaborate with cross-functional team members and other developers to deliver high-quality features on schedule.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as Fullstack Developer working with React js, Next js, Typescript and Node js
• Experience with Express or Fastify frameworks
• Familiarity with Storybook for building reusable components.
• Experience with Playwright for frontend end-to-end testing.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, specifically TeamCity, is required to manage continuous integration and deployments.
• Work with cloud-managed infrastructure, using Docker containers that include services like PostgreSQL, ElasticSearch, and Redis.
• Experience building and maintaining RESTful APIs.
• Familiarity with writing unit tests using Mocha.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
• Proactive attitude toward problem-solving and continuous improvement.
• Ability to work effectively in an agile environment and adapt to evolving requirements.

Timezone

• You must be willing to work from 9am to 5pm ET.

Recruitment Process

1 Screening with Manager (30 mins): Introductory call to assess basic fit and discuss the role.

2 – Technical Interview – 1 hour
