Full Stack Engineer (Remote)

We are expanding our technical team and looking for Full Stack Engineers with hands-on experience in Node.js or Python to help drive our growth. This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic team in a ESOPs-only role initially, offering the chance to make a significant impact on our platform’s development.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Leadership

• Design, develop, and implement web applications using Python or Node.js for the backend and React for the frontend.
• Ensure code quality by adhering to coding standards, design principles, and best practices.
• Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to enhance quality and efficiency.

Team Management

• Mentor and guide team members in their professional growth.
• Lead regular team meetings to track progress, discuss challenges, and set goals.
• Collaborate with project managers to allocate resources and define timelines.

Project Oversight

• Drive technical direction by making key architectural decisions to optimize performance and scalability.
• Partner with UX/UI designers to deliver intuitive and user-friendly interfaces.
• Manage project timelines to ensure on-time delivery of high-quality products.

Collaboration and Communication

• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management and QA, to align on objectives and deliverables.
• Clearly communicate project updates, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders.

Continuous Improvement

• Stay informed on emerging technologies and industry trends to refine development practices.
• Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements within the team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in full-stack development with a strong focus on Python, Node.js, and React.js.
• Proven experience in a leadership role with the ability to manage and mentor teams.
• Expertise in web development technologies and frameworks (e.g., RESTful APIs, databases).
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a fast-paced environment.
