Full Stack Engineer (Remote)

The Role:

We don’t “hire” people — we build a team of driven builders obsessed with reshaping customer communications. As a Full-Stack Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and shipping core features that scale globally. You will own the product from back-end infrastructure to front-end experience.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead Platform Development: Build web apps, APIs, and microservices using Node.js, React.js, and PostgreSQL.
• Architect Scalable Backends: Create a secure, high-availability system ready to handle millions of customer interactions.
• Develop Product Interfaces: Build intuitive dashboards and real-time campaign management UIs.
• Drive Core Integrations: Build and maintain scalable APIs and backend services that power our AI-driven customer communication platform, enabling seamless integration with enterprise-level systems used by our banking and financial services partners.
• Product Ownership: Take full responsibility for design, development, deployment, and scaling.

What We’re Looking For:

Core Skills:

• 4+ years of full-stack development experience.
• Mastery of Tech Stack:
• Frontend: React.js, Next.js
• Backend: Node.js, Express.js
• Databases: PostgreSQL, Firebase, MongoDB
• Cloud Platforms: AWS, Heroku, Vercel
• Strong API design experience and third-party integrations (Apollo, Bland.ai, Nooks).
• Security-First Mindset: Implement OAuth, JWT, and encryption best practices.
• Proficiency with Git/GitHub and CI/CD workflows.

Bonus Points:

• AI-powered platform experience (Conversational AI, ML APIs).
• Familiarity with serverless systems like AWS Lambda.
• Understanding of global sales automation workflows.
