Role Overview: Full-Stack Developer (MERN)

ConovoTech is seeking an experienced Full-Stack Developer with expertise in the MERN stack. This full-time, remote position involves a blend of both back-end and front-end development, delivering robust web applications. The role offers the opportunity to contribute to a range of exciting projects while utilizing modern technologies and best practices in full-stack development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain scalable, efficient, and user-friendly web and mobile applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React/React Native, Node.js).

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, build, and deploy new features.

• Optimize applications for maximum performance and scalability.

• Implement responsive design and ensure seamless user experiences across all devices.

• Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving development practices.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in full-stack development, specifically with the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React/React Native, Node.js).

• Strong proficiency in back-end technologies, including Node.js, MongoDB, and ElasticSearch.

• Experience with front-end frameworks, like React/NextJs.

• Demonstrated ability to create high-quality, responsive web and mobile applications.

• Solid understanding of UI/UX principles and mobile-first design.

• Problem-solving and analytical skills with a focus on delivering high-quality, efficient solutions.

• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and effectively in a remote team environment.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
