Position Overview:

We are seeking talented and passionate Full Stack Engineers who are proficient in JavaScript, React.js, and Node.js, with a strong foundation in Python. The ideal candidates will be responsible for developing modern web applications using cutting edge JavaScript frameworks and Node.js/Python backends while ensuring optimal performance, scalability, and ensuring an always excellent user experience. You will collaborate closely with product, design, and development teams to architect and implement new features and improve existing ones.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance web applications using JavaScript, React.js, and Node.js.
• Integrate front-end UI with backend services, ensuring seamless data exchange and functionality.
• Develop and maintain APIs and backend services using Node.js and Python.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features and enhancements.
• Implement responsive and adaptive designs to ensure an optimal experience across various devices and platforms.
• Ensure code quality, organization, and automatization through software engineering best practices, including code reviews and testing (unit, integration, and e2e).
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems, providing efficient solutions to complex challenges.
• Stay on top of emerging technologies and trends in web application development, and incorporate them into operations and activities to enhance productivity and product quality.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 4-6+ years of experience in full-stack development, with a strong focus on JavaScript, React.js, and Node.js.
• Proficiency in Python, with experience in developing or integrating backend services.
• Solid understanding of web technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript frameworks.
• Experience with RESTful APIs, JSON, and web services integration.
• Knowledge of database systems (SQL and NoSQL) and data modeling techniques.
• Familiarity with version control tools (e.g., Git), continuous integration, and deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile development environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, with a proactive and self-motivated work ethic.
• A proven track record of excelling both individually and as part of a team and familiarity with Agile best practices.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $120,000.00-$140,000.00 per year
