Full Stack Marketer
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile Full Stack Marketer with a strong background in eCommerce and Shopify to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing end-to-end digital marketing strategies that drive sales, enhance customer engagement, and increase brand visibility. This role demands a deep understanding of eCommerce marketing, website optimization, and an ability to leverage the Shopify platform to meet business goals.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies across multiple digital channels (SEO, SEM, email, social media, content, etc.) to drive traffic, increase conversions, and boost revenue.
- Manage and optimize Shopify stores, including product listings, site design, customer experience, and sales funnels.
- Oversee eCommerce campaigns and initiatives, focusing on increasing online sales, improving customer retention, and enhancing the overall customer journey.
- Utilize data-driven insights to monitor campaign performance, perform A/B testing, and continuously improve marketing efforts.
- Collaborate with design and development teams to ensure seamless user experiences across web and mobile platforms.
- Lead email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, targeting, and content creation.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, eCommerce innovations, and Shopify updates to apply best practices.
- Track, report, and analyze marketing performance metrics, making recommendations for improvements and growth strategies.
- Manage advertising platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other paid channels, ensuring cost-effective and targeted ad spend.
Qualifications:
- Experience with Shopify Liquid and basic HTML/CSS for minor store customizations.
- Familiarity with Shopify apps (e.g., Bold, ReCharge) and third-party integrations.
- Knowledge of graphic design or the ability to work with design tools is a plus.
- Previous experience in B2B or B2C marketing strategies.
Requirements:
- 5 years of proven experience in eCommerce marketing, with a strong focus on Shopify platform.
- Expertise in Shopify store management, including product listings, Shopify apps, and theme customization.
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and CRO principles, along with a demonstrated ability to optimize websites for search engines and conversion rates.
- Experience in paid advertising (Google Ads, Facebook Ads) with a successful track record of driving ROI.
- Proficiency with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, and the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
- Strong knowledge of email marketing platforms (e.g., Klaviyo, Mailchimp) and CRM systems.
- Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- A creative mindset with a passion for staying ahead of digital marketing trends and eCommerce best practices.
