Full Stack Principal Engineer (Remote)

Are you a highly skilled Full Stack Engineer with a passion for building scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions? We’re seeking an experienced Principal Engineer to join our dynamic team and lead the development of cutting-edge applications. This role requires deep expertise in both frontend and backend technologies, along with strong cloud and database management skills.

As a technical leader, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement solutions that drive our business forward.

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and other stakeholders to design and implement comprehensive solutions

🔹 Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and security

🔹 Develop high-quality, reusable code for both frontend and backend systems

🔹 Ensure best practices in software engineering, including TDD and continuous integration

🔹 Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and coaching to the development team

🔹 Implement security measures, including SSO, access control, and OWASP standards

🔹 Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to performance, scalability, and reliability

🔹 Lead code reviews, ensure adherence to coding standards, and promote project excellence

What We’re Looking For:

✅ 10+ years of experience in full-stack development, with expertise in Java (Java 17+), Spring Boot, J2EE, Hibernate, and modern front-end frameworks like React or Vue.js

✅ Experience in Java microservices architecture, serverless architecture, and cloud integration

✅ Familiarity with RESTful API design patterns and distributed caching (Redis, SQS, RabbitMQ, etc.)

✅ Strong experience with Spring Security, API development, and AWS services

✅ Expertise in payment services integration (Stripe)

✅ Strong understanding of TDD, scalability, system performance, and best practices in software security

✅ Proven track record in team leadership, mentoring, and cross-functional collaboration

✅ Ability to conduct code reviews, manage agile projects (Scrum, Kanban), and deliver complex projects on time
