About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Full-Stack Website Developer to support the management, maintenance and development of Cellebrite websites and portals. This role will be responsible for ensuring web properties are robust, scalable, and optimized for performance and security. This role involves transforming business requirements and design mockups into functional web pages, page elements and web applications. The ideal candidate will have deep experience and a high proficiency with WordPress and a proven track record of success in similar environments and the ability to deliver exceptional results in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.


Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain WordPress-based websites, ensuring high performance, responsiveness, and scalability.
  • Manage, update, install and/or create custom plugins, themes, and modules that enhance functionality and meet specific business needs.
  • Develop and integrate APIs to connect our web properties with other platforms and services, ensuring seamless data flow and interoperability.
  • Continuously optimize websites for speed, security, and SEO, employing best practices and the latest technologies.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including UI/UX designers, creative, content marketing, corporate communications, growth marketing, product marketing and more to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Troubleshooting to identify, resolve and de-bug technical issues across the website, ensuring minimal downtime and disruption.
  • Conduct regular code reviews and enforce lean, effective coding standards to maintain high-quality codebases.
  • Stay up to date with latest innovative web development and design trends, tools, and technologies to recommend improvements to existing systems and processes.
  • Coordinate and manage internal QA and UAT testing processes with business partners and stakeholders to ensure requirements are met and functionality expectations are achieved.
  • Partner with web, content marketing, growth marketing, product marketing, corporate communications and other stakeholders to build and manage a long-term development schedule for web properties.
  • Implement and test web forms to ensure functionality and proper synchronization with backend systems such as a CRM and/or website personalization platforms.
  • Identify new opportunities to expand our website capabilities based on user behavior, business growth objectives and goals.


Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in web development with a focus on WordPress.
  • Technical skills should include:
  • Proficiency in PHP, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and MySQL.
  • Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Vue.js) is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and third-party integrations.
  • Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
  • Knowledge of front-end build tools (e.g., Gulp, Webpack).
  • Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud) and CDNs.
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to derive insights from data to inform strategies and decisions.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate across teams.
  • A proactive problem-solver with a growth mindset and a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, high-performance environment is essential.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Marketing or a related field preferred but not necessary.


Location:

  • Ideally located in either the Eastern or Central Time Zone or willing to work within these time zones.
