Job Overview:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound contacts in line with client and company requirements to meet Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) and targets. You will be expected to provide exceptional customer service to our clients’ customers while meeting required standards of quality and adhering to schedules to achieve required targets.
Main details:
- Permanent full time (38hrs p/wk) or part time (20-36hrs p/wk) roles with multiple start dates available (Please note part time hours are determined based on business needs, not candidate request)
- Hourly rate & incentives (You’re also PAID for National Public Holidays)
- Monday – Friday rotating roster between the hours of 8am – 8pm (Weekend hours may be required as per client needs)
- Penalty rates for any weekend work completed and anytime after 7pm
- Comprehensive Full Time PAID training onsite with ongoing development opportunities
- Attractive hybrid/work from home options available once you’ve settled into your new role (More info available at interview)
- Please note – this is a Hybrid role and requires an element of regular on-site attendance.
Please be aware that this is an Australian based role and given the characteristics of our client, in order to qualify, you must meet the following requirements:
- Hold current Australian Citizenship,
- Be willing and eligible to obtain a security clearance to the level applicable (this is at no cost to you), and
- Have lived in Australia for the last 5 consecutive years (a 5-year footprint).
