Job Description:

We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Graphic and Motion Designer to produce eye-catching visual content that enhances our brand and engages our audience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both static and dynamic design, including graphics, animations, and short video content, for use across digital and social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design Creation: Develop engaging graphic designs for social media, email marketing, website, and other digital platforms, aligning with the brand’s visual identity.
• Motion Graphics: Create compelling motion graphics and animations for promotional videos, ads, and social media posts.
• Video Editing: Edit video content to create short-form videos, promotional reels, and ads for use across platforms like Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook.
• Brand Consistency: Ensure that all design work aligns with the brand’s identity and marketing strategies, maintaining consistency across all visual content.
• Collaborative Campaigns: Work closely with the marketing team to brainstorm and execute visually appealing designs for campaigns, product launches, and special events.
• Ad Design: Develop eye-catching digital advertisements for social media and online platforms, optimizing them for performance and engagement.
• Content Innovation: Stay up-to-date with design trends and tools, and bring fresh, creative ideas to the table to elevate our visual content.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Motion Design, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in graphic design, with a portfolio showcasing both static and motion design work.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
• Strong understanding of video production and animation principles.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with pet-related content is a plus but not required.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
