We’re seeking a Mid-Level Developer who is driven by the desire to improve the internal user experience through technology. In this role, you’ll help build and integrate systems, leveraging both full-code platforms like Ruby on Rails and Laravel, as well as no-code tools like Glide and Zapier. You’ll collaborate closely with teams to create solutions that not only work, but that make life easier for everyone involved.

Key Responsibilities:

Build, maintain, and optimize full-code systems using Ruby on Rails, Laravel, or similar frameworks, always with the internal user’s needs in mind.

Integrate no-code tools like Glide, Zapier, Airtable, and others to automate workflows and reduce friction for internal teams.

Work closely with users to understand their pain points and develop technology solutions that address their needs.

Ensure systems are intuitive, user-friendly, and scalable as the business grows.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly to minimize disruption for users.

Continuously seek out ways to improve internal processes and make technology more accessible to non-technical users.

Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in web development, with proficiency in Ruby on Rails, Laravel, or similar frameworks.

Fluent English

A passion for making technology simple and helpful for internal users.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively about how to streamline processes.

Familiarity with APIs, RESTful services, and other data exchange formats.

Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical solutions to non-technical users.

Bonus Qualifications:

Experience with no-code tools such as Glide, Zapier, Airtable, etc.
