What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Lead and manage civil engineering projects, ensuring compliance with quality, design, and process standards
• Maintain effective communication with clients, managing their expectations throughout the project lifecycle
• Develop and oversee project timelines, coordinating with various teams to meet deadlines
• Submit necessary documents to governmental agencies and present project proposals
• Monitor project budgets and prepare contracts, change orders, and client invoices

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Degree in civil engineering or equivalent stormwater design experience
• Professionally licensed engineer or landscape architect with stormwater design expertise
• Expert knowledge in NPDES permitting
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in the Greater Philadelphia, Southeastern PA market, and parts of NJ
• Experience in project management, construction management, engineering, and design
