About the Role:
As a Customer Care Agent, you’ll be the friendly and professional voice of our company. You’ll handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure that every client interaction is positive and effective. Your role is crucial in enhancing our customer experience and building lasting relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional service through various channels (phone, email, chat), addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns, ensuring timely and satisfactory solutions
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide personalized support
- Collect feedback to improve our services and report on key metrics to help drive our customer care strategies
- Work with your team to share insights and contribute to a positive and productive work environment
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in customer care or a related field
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset
- Experience with support tools such as Zendesk, Freshdesk, or similar (preferred)
- Ability to handle challenging situations with patience and professionalism
- Familiarity with eCommerce platforms and CRM systems (preferred)
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for tracking and reporting
Internet Requirements:
- Personal PC or laptop with a minimum of 15 Mbps for both upload and download speeds
- Backup internet connection (10 Mbps) required upon hiring
