Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage a team of developers in the design, development, and deployment of web-based gaming
applications.
• Collaborate closely with the product, design, and QA teams to create immersive gaming experiences that
align with project goals and user expectations.
• Develop and optimize HTML5/JavaScript code for interactive web games, ensuring high performance
across various devices and platforms.
• Oversee the architecture and technical solutions for gaming applications, ensuring scalability, performance,
and security.
• Mentor junior developers, providing guidance on coding best practices, debugging, and problem-solving.
• Stay updated on the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies related to gaming development.
• Drive continuous improvement of the development process, identifying opportunities for efficiency and
innovation.
• Work with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and timelines, ensuring delivery within
scope and deadlines.

Required Skills & Experience:
• 5+ years of experience in web-based game development with a focus on HTML, JavaScript, and related
technologies.
• Mandatory experience in the gaming domain with a strong understanding of gaming mechanics,
algorithms, and interactive design principles.
• Proven experience in leading a team of developers, with excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Strong proficiency in HTML5, JavaScript, and frameworks such as Phaser, Three.js, or similar gaming
engines.
• Experience with front-end development tools and techniques, including responsive design, animations, and
asset optimization.
• Knowledge of server-side scripting and back-end integration with gaming applications.
• Familiarity with version control systems like Git and agile development methodologies.
• Ability to troubleshoot, debug, and optimize performance issues in complex gaming applications.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with multiplayer game development and real-time data synchronization.
• Understanding of 3D game development and rendering techniques.
• Exposure to mobile game development and cross-platform optimization.
• Bachelors degree in computer science, Game Development, or a related field.
