We are looking for a driven and customer-focused Sales Manager / Territory Owner to represent Gardenhouse24 in Victoria, Tasmania, and South Australia. Ideally, you’ll be an experienced salesperson, who also has some knowledge & understanding of building or the building industry – as you’ll need to consult with people around their project, and connect them with subtrades etc. You’ll have the autonomy to manage your territory, nurture leads, and close deals, with the support of a dedicated manufacturing team, a marketing team, and a fully functional website. The ideal candidate will bring enthusiasm, sales expertise, and a commitment to exceeding targets.

Key Responsibilities

Generate Sales: Actively engage with new and existing customers across three regions to drive sales of our premium garden houses (Victoria, Tasmania and South-Australia)

Consultations and Presentations: Showcase our models, highlighting their benefits and versatility. You’ll ideally need to help us to source a suitable yard that we can use as a showroom for 2-3 models. One can be used as your office if preferred.

Customer Relationship Management both B2B and B2C. Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout the sales process and beyond.

Meet Sales Targets: Drive performance to achieve a minimum turnover of $600,000 in 2025, considering the size and potential of the region, the realistic turnover of the next few years is min. $1M

Feedback & Insights: Provide valuable market insights to help refine product offerings.

Coordinate Deliveries: Manage logistics for local customer deliveries.

Marketing Activities: Partner with the marketing team to maximize visibility and engagement.

After-Sales Support: Ensure customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business.

 

Skills & Experience

• Proven sales experience, ideally in construction or similar industries.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to work independently.

• Familiarity with logistics coordination is a plus.
