Founded by a serial entrepreneur, this business is a passion project developed over the past year, targeting 25-35-year-old fitness enthusiasts who value quality and transparency in their supplements. With the foundation now laid, we are ready to scale, and we are looking for a General Manager to join our small but dynamic remote team and help drive the company’s growth. The Role: As the General Manager, you will be instrumental in driving the growth of the business. Reporting directly to the founder, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations, sales, and scaling the brand. Your remit will involve managing the small remote team, streamlining operations, and implementing strategies to increase sales and brand presence. This is a unique opportunity to become a pivotal part of a rapidly growing company. The role offers fast progression to Director level and includes an equity share of 20%, ensuring that you have real ownership and share in the success of the business. Key Responsibilities: Business Growth: Develop and execute strategies to scale the brand and drive revenue growth in the UK market and beyond. Operations Management: Oversee all operational aspects of the business, ensuring efficiency and smooth day-to-day operations. Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and manage a remote team of three across the UK. You will ensure collaboration, performance, and alignment with company goals. Sales & Marketing: Work closely with the founder to develop and execute sales strategies and marketing campaigns that resonate with the 25-35-year-old target audience. Brand Development: Enhance the company’s brand presence in the competitive supplement market by identifying new growth opportunities and ensuring consistent messaging. Financial Management: Manage the business budget, ensuring financial targets are met, and work closely with the founder to create financial goals and profit-sharing structures. Product Development Input: Collaborate on product improvements and innovations in line with customer feedback and market trends. Performance Reporting: Monitor, report, and improve key business metrics, using data to make informed decisions on strategy and execution. About You: We are looking for a motivated and entrepreneurial-minded individual who is ready to take on the challenge of scaling a start-up business. You should be commercially savvy, with experience in scaling brands, operations management, and driving sales. Experience within the supplement, health, or fitness industries is advantageous but not essential. Key Attributes: Proven experience in scaling a brand or business. Strong understanding of operations management, sales, and marketing. Excellent leadership and team management skills, especially within a remote setup. Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for health, fitness, and clean living. Data-driven with a strong ability to make informed decisions based on metrics. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
