General Manager – Riyadh/Central Region, KSA – Big Fish

Our client is a leading KSA based Facilities Management service provider. They have a portfolio of clients, in multiple industry sectors across the Kingdom. Currently they are seeking a General Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for running a large sized FM operation delivering TFM services to Saudi based clients in the Riyadh/Central Region.

Responsibilities will include:
• Management of the day-to-day operations (Through an experienced management team and large blue collar workforce)
• Full P&L and budget responsibility
• Ensure contractual compliance for both manpower and performance-based contracts (KPI’s and SLA’s)
• Client management – the successful candidate will be responsible for relationship management, client interaction to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Candidates should be able to communicate at a high level, discussing the contract complexities in a diplomatic way that will help ensure a satisfactory outcome for all parties
• Procurement and Supply chain – To ensure business continuity, best value and efficiency across their business unit
• Candidates should ideally have a good understanding of the local or Regional FM Market

Requirements:

• Facilities Management or Building Maintenance Experience
• Diploma or degree level qualifications & CFM – Essential
• Operational day to day management experience of an FM company at a senior level
• Experience managing a large blue collar technical team
• Commercial acumen (P&L management)
• A thorough understanding of FM Contracts and the various KPIs and SLAs
• A network to help aid Business Development
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Good report writing skills
