Join our Team as a German-Speaking Customer Care Associate!

Are you fluent in both German and English with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service? We’re looking for dynamic individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives, providing top-notch support and assistance to our diverse client base.

Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries via email and live chat, providing prompt, helpful, and real-time support
Handle inbound phone calls, address concerns, and offer friendly assistance
Accurately input and maintain customer records
Resolve issues and escalate complex problems to ensure customer satisfaction

Qualifications:

Experience in customer service roles (minimum 1 year required)
Native or near-native proficiency in spoken and written German, along with strong English communication skills
Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
Knowledge of general commerce and customer needs
A suitable environment for taking phone calls and a personally-owned PC or laptop with a minimum of 50 Mbps upload & download speed

Position Details:

This is a Seasonal position. The tentative contract terms are from September 2024 – March 2025. (Please note that we offer long-term opportunities for agents based on interest and performance.)
