Requirements
Must have a Minimum one hundred twenty (120) months of general IT and GIS experience.
Must have a Minimum seventy-two (72) months of experience providing expert advice in defining new requirements and opportunities for applying efficient and effective GIS solutions; identifying and providing preliminary costs of potential options.
Must have a Minimum seventy-two (72) months of experience analyzing and evaluating alternative technology solutions to meet business problems
Must have a Minimum seventy-two (72) months of experience in managing, planning, controlling and delivering GIS Projects either for an organization or for an enterprise application to meet the business and application requirements.
Must have a Minimum seventy-two (72) months of experience in IM/IT projects that use GIS to improve service delivery in either the private or public sector.
Must have a Minimum sixty (60) months of experience using MS-Project, Visio and MS Office Suite.
