Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate effectively with both global and regional teams to establish robust event strategies aimed at bolstering brand equity and supporting product launches.
- Spearhead the development and execution of unique and groundbreaking events that align with global icon campaigns.
- Formulate and implement comprehensive global event experience guidelines, underpinned by solid business KPIs to maximize sales, in partnership with the Creative and Visual Merchandising teams.
- Serve as the key liaison between Brand Marketing and Visual Merchandising teams, ensuring cohesive brand messaging and in-store experiences.
- Elevate offline brand storytelling through engaging tactics that foster increased consumer interaction and content sharing.
- Partner with the Education team to craft retail experiences centered around impactful demonstrations and services that enhance consumer trust.
- Utilize global consumer insights and analytics to refine the omnichannel consumer journey, driving increased foot traffic to retail locations.
- Collaborate with the Education team to design and deliver innovative high-touch services that propel brand innovation.
Required Skills
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in comprehensive consumer event management and retail experiences, preferably within creative, events, or digital agencies.
- Proficiency in understanding omnichannel trends, digital landscape, and evolving consumer behaviors.
- A creative and strategic mindset paired with strong problem-solving capabilities.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written, with an ability to engage with all levels of management.
- A proactive approach to work, with ambition and curiosity driving continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in orchestrating 360° consumer event management initiatives.
- Strong project and process management skills, coupled with meticulous attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.

Compensation And Benefits
The salary range for this role is (95,000 – )115,000 USD. We offer comprehensive health benefits, generous paid time off, and various perks including discounts on products across our divisions.
