Global Head Of Marketing (Remote)

To drive our continuous organic growth, we are constantly looking for highly qualified professionals. To strengthen our team in our Commercial department, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Global Head of Marketing (f/m/d), 100%, to lead our marketing strategy and execution.

This role is critical in driving our global presence, market penetration, and customer engagement. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the CDMO industry and a deep understanding of global market dynamics.

Your tasks:

• Responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing objectives aligned with the company’s business objectives.
• Shapes the future of the Marketing business as part of the Management Team.
• Collaborate with IT and other departments to further develop and integrate advanced marketing technologies and digital tools, enhancing overall marketing efficiency and effectiveness.
• Run marketing campaigns with a focus on success metrics and data driven optimization; test ways to optimize for customer engagement, acquisition and sales.
• Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.
• Oversee the creation and execution of global marketing campaigns, including digital, print, and event marketing.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
• Implements changes through role modelling, and coaching.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders.
• Manage the global marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and ROI.
• Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.

Your profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the CDMO or pharmaceutical industry.
• Proven experience in developing and executing global marketing strategies.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret market data.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead and inspire a diverse team.
• Proven track record to build and grow high-performing teams.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
