Role Overview
As our Global HR Systems Product Owner, you will manage and optimize SuccessFactors, lead system deployments, drive user adoption, and ensure compliance. You’ll collaborate with HR, IT, and global stakeholders to continuously improve our HR tech ecosystem.
Location: This position is primarily based in Rotterdam, but candidates located elsewhere in Europe or within the APAC region are also welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- HR Systems Management: Lead SuccessFactors and global HR systems, managing issues, escalations, and compliance.
- Performance Management: Ensure smooth integrations, monitor KPIs, and drive system improvements.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build a global community of super-users and drive system adoption.
- Change & Project Management: Lead system updates, manage change communications, and ensure project success. Data & Reporting: Oversee data governance, and reporting through SuccessFactors.

Qualifications
About you
- Ideally a minimum of 6 years of experience within HR Systems
- Professional proficiency in both written & spoken English
- Demonstrates a collaborative mindset and is motivated to achieve goals in a dynamic environment
- Effective communication & advanced presentation skills Proactive & Results Orientated
- Exhibits a proactive and decisive attitude with a focus on delivering outcomes efficiently & effectively
- Maintains a growth mindset, continuously seeking opportunities to refine & continuously improve
- Ability to take initiative and drive tasks forward with minimal supervision
- Experience working with SuccessFactors and other HR Systems e.g. case management, document management, …
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook & other data analysis tools
- Ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights to support informed decision making
- Experience with Power BI and Data governance tools e.g. DAMA-DMBOK is desirable
- Demonstrates a strong commitment to achieving high quality outcomes, while maintaining a fast-paced and efficient approach balancing practical considerations & timelines
- Demonstratable ability to solve problems efficiently while maintaining meticulous attention to detail
