What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Drive growth of the Inert Gas and CO? segments within the Fire Suppression, Engineered Systems portfolio
• Develop multi-generational product roadmaps and lifecycle strategies from concept to launch
• Lead customer-facing digital initiatives and execute cost-out/value engineering projects
• Collect key market insights to support product development and strategy
• Collaborate cross-functionally with global sales, engineering, manufacturing, and sourcing teams

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Four (4) year degree in business or engineering field
• Minimum of 5 – 7 years business experience, preferably with 2 to 4 years in a product management role
• Experience in product management and product development using a phased-gate process
• Proven ability to manage complex products delivered through a distributed manufacturing model
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Previous experience within the fire protection, fire service, or infrastructure-related industry
• MBA is a plus
• Success in optimizing and scaling a global fulfillment model
• Experience executing partner programs and aftermarket services in collaboration with global sales organizations
• Proven ability to drive results via disciplined execution amidst organizational ambiguity
