Global Sales Manager | YouTooProject | Spain
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Global Sales Manager to lead our international sales operations. This role is ideal for a highly motivated individual with a proven track record in the international education industry, particularly with a focus on Australia as a destination. The ideal candidate will possess excellent bilingual communication skills (English and Spanish), a results-driven mindset, and the ability to excel in a remote, fast-paced, and multicultural environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Leadership:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive global sales strategy to achieve company objectives.
- Manage and guide the sales team across Latin America, Spain, Australia, and Japan, ensuring consistent performance and goal achievement.
Market Development:
- Identify new market opportunities and maintain strong relationships with partners and stakeholders in the international education sector.
Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with multicultural teams across different time zones to drive coordinated efforts and meet sales targets.
- Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment.
Client Engagement:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Ensure exceptional client satisfaction and retention.
Performance Tracking:
- Monitor sales metrics and deliver regular reports to the executive team.
- Continuously analyze and improve sales processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional activities and campaigns.
- Partner with the operations team to streamline processes and ensure seamless service delivery.
Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 5+ years in the international education industry, with a strong focus on Australia as a destination.Â
Language Proficiency: Fully bilingual in English and Spanish, with excellent written and oral communication skills in both languages.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
- Proactive, efficient, and a collaborative team player.
