Global Senior Social Media Manager (Remote)

This role entails spearheading our global efforts, encompassing diverse responsibilities such as overseeing social media platforms, engaging with the online community, and fine-tuning content for optimal engagement. The role will actively contribute to the development and execution of social media strategies, ensuring alignment with the company’s goals and objectives. Additionally, they will analyze social media metrics, generate reports, and provide insights to assess performance and identify areas for improvement. ELSA is a leading, AI-powered language learning platform that teaches people how to speak English confidently to be better understood and tell their story.

What you will do:

• Develop and execute global social media strategies and high-impact campaigns.
• Create and curate compelling content, including text, images, and videos.
• Manage global social media channels, including Instagram, TikTok, X (Twitter), Facebook, and LinkedIn ensuring timely and professional engagement.
• Develop specific strategies and campaigns tailored for TikTok, leveraging our existing audience and engaging new followers.
• Collaborate with our Social Media Strategists to implement content calendars for consistent and engaging posts.
• Analyze performance data to refine strategies and improve campaign outcomes.

What you will need:

• 4-6 years of social media management experience.
• Experience creating viral short-form content and keeping up to date with the best practice in social media.
• Experience tracking organic social media data and managing several social media accounts.
• Proven track record of designing and executing successful social media campaigns.
• Fluency in English, with proficiency in additional languages being a plus.
• Strong bias for action: ability to quickly test and analyze content strategies and to pivot quickly
• Strong leadership skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• In-depth knowledge of current industry trends, best practices in social media, and proficiency in social media analytics tools.
• Global experience in managing social media campaigns and understanding diverse market dynamics.
• Proficiency in using various social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Twitter, etc.
• Basic graphic design skills and proficiency in content creation tools.
