Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Google Ads Expert to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing Google Ads accounts for North American small business owners, a deep understanding of Google Ads policies, and a proven track record of resolving technical issues, including payment-circumventing problems. This role is an exciting opportunity to be part of the AI enablement of digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities

-Manage & Optimize: Oversee and refine Google Ads accounts for multiple small business clients, ensuring alignment with client goals and industry best practices.

-Policy Compliance: Stay up-to-date with Google Ads policy changes and ensure all campaigns comply with the latest guidelines.

-Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign performance data to provide actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.

-Technical Troubleshooting: Resolve technical issues related to Google Ads, including payment-circumventing and other policy violations.

-Strategic Collaboration: Work with the internal marketing team to create and implement effective ad strategies that drive results.

-Client Reporting: Provide regular reports to clients, detailing campaign performance, areas for improvement, and success metrics.

-Keyword Research & Ad Copy: Conduct keyword research, ad copy creation, and A/B testing to maximize ad performance.

-Accurate Tracking: Ensure precise tracking and reporting of all campaigns using Google Analytics and other relevant tools.

Qualifications

-Experience: Minimum of 5 years managing Google Ads accounts, with a proven track record of success.

-Account Handling: Experience managing at least 100 Google Ads accounts, specifically for North American small business owners.

-Policy Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of Google Ads policies and guidelines, with the ability to stay current with changes.

-Problem-Solving Skills: Strong skills in resolving technical issues related to Google Ads, including payment-circumventing problems.

-Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other relevant tools.

-Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical abilities to interpret data and provide actionable insights.

-Communication Skills: Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex concepts to clients.

-Team Player: Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects simultaneously.

-Certification: Google Ads Certification is preferred.
