We are looking for a skilled Google AdWords Manager to join our team and lead the way in driving high-performing campaigns.

THE ROLE:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimising Google AdWords campaigns, developing strategies to drive targeted traffic, increase conversions, and maximise ROI while ensuring seamless execution and performance tracking.

Role & responsibilities:-

• Lead the development and execution of the company’s overall Google AdWords strategy.
• Manage and optimise campaigns across search, display, and shopping to ensure maximum performance and return on investment.
• Create and oversee high-level strategies that align with business goals, ensuring effective keyword research, ad creative development, and targeting.
• Lead and manage a team of Google AdWords professionals, offering guidance, support, and feedback.
• Perform in-depth data analysis and reporting to continuously improve campaign effectiveness and achieve KPIs.
• Manage budgets across multiple campaigns, ensuring efficient use of resources and budget adherence.
• Work closely with senior management to provide detailed performance insights and strategic recommendations.
• Leverage advanced features of Google AdWords such as custom audiences, automated bidding strategies, and remarketing.
• Ensure alignment between Google AdWords campaigns and overall digital marketing strategies.
• Implement new features, beta tests, and industry best practices to stay ahead of trends.
• Collaborate with Google AdWords representatives to access the latest tools, features, and support for account success.
• Develop long-term strategies for scaling campaigns and increasing profitability through detailed market and audience research.

Preferred candidate profile:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
• 10-12 years of experience in Google AdWords with a proven track record in managing high-budget campaigns.
• Google Ads certification is required; advanced certifications are a plus.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing and mentoring a team.
• Expertise in Google Analytics, PPC management, and campaign reporting tools.
• Solid understanding of SEO concepts and strategies.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
