We are hiring for Java Full stack/Backend developer

Experience: 3-10 years

Qualification: B.Tech/M. Tech/MCA in Computer Science

Job Location: Remote

Key Responsibilities: ·

· Create interactive conversational interfaces using Dialogflow CX, ensuring natural and seamless customer interactions across various platforms.

· Implement and optimize Agent Assist solutions to enhance customer service efficiency and provide real-time support to agents.

· Leverage Vertex AI for comprehensive machine learning workflows, including data ingestion, model training, and deployment to drive customer experience improvements.

· Utilize Gemini Pro/Flash for high-performance data processing and real-time analytics, gaining valuable insights into customer behavior.

· Develop and deploy robust Inhouse AI models and applications using Google Cloud AI Platform, focusing on enhancing customer interactions and experiences.

· Harness the power of Insights Hub to gather, analyze, and act on customer data, driving continuous improvements in customer experience.

· Integrate AI solutions with legacy contact center systems, ensuring seamless operation and compatibility with existing technologies.

· Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and customer experience teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

· Ensure scalability, performance, and security of AI applications that interact with customers.

· Provide ongoing consultation for deployed AI solutions, focusing on customer engagement and satisfaction.

· Integrate large language models (LLMs) to enhance and expand the capabilities of AI-driven customer interaction solutions.

· Develop and implement conversational AI chatbots and voice bots to improve the customer service experience.

· Stay up to date with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning technologies, particularly those related to customer experience.

· Document technical designs, processes, and methodologies, especially those impacting customer interactions.

Required Experience:

– Hands-on experience with Vertex AI and Gemini Pro/Flash.

· Proficiency in Agent Assist, Dialogflow CX, and Insights Hub.

· Proficiency in programming languages such as Node JS, Java or Python

· Experience with data processing frameworks like Big Query, Looker.

· Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and techniques, particularly those enhancing customer experience.

· Experience integrating AI solutions with legacy contact center systems.

· Knowledge of UJET and its integration with AI solutions to enhance customer interaction.
