Gotomarket Analytics Consultant | HireBoost | Mexico
This is a boutique consulting firm located in Austin, TX. They serve B2B software companies and Private Equity companies through building alignment on growth strategy and driving go-to-market execution. This includes GTM diagnostics, helping companies align on their unique market differentiation, account segmentation, defining ideal customer profile, sales playbooks, and sales operating cadences.
This position is remote, supporting consulting engagements for clients based in North America and reporting to their GTM Analytics Director.
Key Responsibilities
- Support thorough client discovery, along with delivering go-to-market diagnostic, account segmentation, and ideal customer profile engagements
- Clean, enrich, and transform client prospect and customer account data
- Generate thorough analysis (scope dependent), gleaning insights, recommendations, and quantifying potential impact of recommendations
- Support evaluation of new data source recommendations based on client Ideal Customer Profile
- Produce high quality deliverables and enablement materials for client implementation (typically via Microsoft PowerPoint)
- Deliver high quality work that is delivered on time, to the satisfaction of your Manager and the client
- Keep project management software (ClickUp) and manager up to date on weekly tasks, milestones, and deliverables; overcommunicate when stuck or need feedback
Requirements
- Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 3 years of combined experience across the following relevant fields: Management Consulting, Revenue Operations, Sales Strategy, and Data Science working with B2B Software Companies
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, modeling (ETL), and data analytics tools (Alteryx, Knime, Tableau, etc.); SQL proficiency a plus; SFDC proficiency a plus
- Coachable, with a growth mindset; ability to quickly learn and iterate from feedback; someone who wants the opportunities outside of their comfort zone
- Able to build high quality, polished PowerPoint slides efficiently
- Able to work in a project-based environment, with hard deadlines and understands how to ruthlessly prioritize tasks
- Proactive communicator, who knows when to ask for help and when/how to figure out a problem on their own
- Organized, with meticulous attention to detail
- Positive attitude and doesn’t take themselves too seriously (they surely don’t)
- Fluent in English

Benefits
