Job Description
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Strengthen government stakeholder engagement and shape policy-public-private partnership (PPP) via building strategic partnerships.
- Join the government dialogue, and industry alliance discussion and position Accuray India as a leading company, and act as the interface of industry associations (NatHealth) and task forces.
- Provide policy analysis, explore innovative opportunities, and insightful recommendations to the India business team.
- Forge strategic partnerships with state agencies, and central agencies like HLL to create new business opportunities.
- Monitor and drive government business revenue and P&L, assess business risk, and control account receivables. (AR)
- Drive government business operations by engaging various channels across the country (State and central-nodal procurement agencies).
- Proactively assess and manage business risks by establishing and implementing policies and procedures, reviewing all contract legalities, initiating MOUs, and ensuring 100% compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate the implementation of market access strategy in collaboration with sales and marketing teams.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree is a must with Post-graduation degree in Marketing/management preferred.
- Broad knowledge of the Medical Industry and Government Relations and successful business achievements.
- At least 15 years of overall experience in Health care and over 10 years of experience within Government business handling with state and central agencies with high-value capital equipment, preferably radiotherapy / Imaging equipment / Medical devices.
- Team leadership, management, and talent development skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented with a high level of energy.
- Flexibility to collaborate with other corporate functional groups, internal and external.
- Adhere to all company policies and requirements
- Proven successful project management skills.
