Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Design who is adept at managing multiple projects, ensuring seamless client communication, and collaborating effectively within design and cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate is a tech-savvy professional with a strong understanding of design principles, hands-on experience with various tools, and a drive for continuous learning. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can thrive in a fast-paced environment and stay organized while delivering high-quality work.

Skills Required:

• Project Management: Oversee and manage multiple design projects from inception to completion, developing project timelines, allocating resources, and monitoring progress.
• Client Relationship Management: Maintain effective communication with clients, anticipate their needs, address concerns, and foster strong relationships.
• Design Team Leadership: Guide project direction, provide feedback to designers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and achieve project goals.
• Technical Proficiency: Possess a strong understanding of design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma) and basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and adapt to changing project requirements, demonstrating a proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
• Efficient Work Ethic: Thrive in a fast-paced environment, effectively manage shifting priorities, and consistently deliver high-quality outputs under pressure.
• Core Competencies: Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a strong client management focus, effective collaboration abilities, and strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
