Job Summary:

The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating visually stunning and effective designs across various 2D graphics platforms. This role requires a deep understanding of 2D image graphics and motion graphics design techniques. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver designs that meet business objectives while providing exceptional social media creative graphics and videos.

Key Responsibilities:

2D Design:
Create and develop high-quality 2D for digital assets, including marketing materials, and promotional content motion graphics videos.
For the integration of social media images, cover page, reels, videos, there should be complete information about the sizes and proportion of all the social handles.
Collaborate with the marketing and product technical teams to ensure designs align with brand guidelines and project objectives.
Do effective visual research and create Style Guides for the team. Also adapt yourself as per the trends in the market.
Self learner and self motivated.
Able to explore and practically use AI tools and create 2D graphics, digital avatars, and video content for company website and social media.
Creating visually stunning motion graphics and animations for various digital media platforms
Incorporating typography, visual effects, and sound design to enhance the overall impact and engagement of motion graphic content.
Adapting and optimizing motion graphics for different screen sizes and resolutions to ensure seamless playback on various devices
Develop user-centric designs for websites.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to communicate design concepts effectively.
Utilize software such as Adobe Photoshop, After effects, illustrator, Premiere pro to produce visually appealing and technically accurate designs.
Should have good knowledge of Adobe XD to be able to create creatives for web UI and also knowledge of providing web ui assets to the development team.

Collaboration & Communication:

Work closely with the creative, marketing, and development teams to deliver cohesive and innovative design solutions.
Present design concepts to reporting managers and incorporate feedback into final designs.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining high-quality standards.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or similar related field.
3+ years of experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio showcasing 2D and motion graphics design work.
Proficiency in design software tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere pro as well as Ai tools for still image creation and video creation).
Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
Attention to detail and a passion for creating visually appealing and functional designs.
Must have modern and new trend graphic designs and video effects sense.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 – ₹45,000.00 per month
