Designing Success: Your Canvas

• Collaborate closely with marketing team members to produce marketing materials for North America and partner universities, focusing on web, video, and print content.
• Create assets for online projects, including emails, landing pages, websites, and banners.
• Maintain brand standards for global and partner universities.
• Produce graphics, illustrations, and other visual content to support digital marketing activities.
• Stay updated with technological and software advancements to identify opportunities for their use.
• Perform other duties as required, in line with the role and business needs.

Skills Spectrum: Key Aptitudes

Essential:

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, graphic design, art, or a related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience in a design role.

Experience/Requirements:

• Strong professional portfolio demonstrating expertise in design, typography, page layout, and pagination.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Acrobat Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere) and web content management systems (e.g., Contentful or WordPress).
• Experience in video pre- and post-production.
• Superior project management skills with the ability to prioritize, organize tasks, and meet deadlines; exceptional attention to detail.
• Effective problem solver with a solutions-oriented mindset.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across multiple offices, regions, and continents.Desirable:
• Knowledge of prepress, commercial printing, and file preparation.
• Experience with Canva or Adobe Express.
• Familiarity with interactive PDFs.
• Ability to utilize artificial intelligence in design/production.
• Understanding of user/customer experience principles.
• Experience or passion for international higher education.
• Ability and confidence to take an idea from concept to completion.
