Key Responsibilities

Conceptualize and create designs for a variety of mediums including social media, websites, advertisements, brochures, banners, and packaging.
Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all visual elements.
Work closely with the marketing team to design campaign visuals, promotional content, and ad creatives.
Create mockups, prototypes, and wireframes for web and app interfaces.
Edit and enhance photos and videos for multimedia projects.
Stay updated with design trends, tools, and technologies to bring fresh ideas to the team.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project goals and deliver high-quality outputs within deadlines.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc.).
Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative and diverse designs.
Knowledge of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
Basic understanding of UI/UX principles is a plus.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to give and receive constructive feedback.
Time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Attention to detail and a strong sense of creativity.

Preferred Skills

Experience in motion graphics and animation.
Knowledge of 3D design tools (e.g., Blender, Cinema 4D).
Familiarity with video editing software like Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro.
Experience working in an agency or with diverse clients.
