Cherub Baby is searching for a talented and super creative Multimedia/Graphic Designer who will join our dynamic and growing team!

The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in deploying visually captivating and compelling content that effectively communicates our brand’s message and promotes our products or services.

The candidate will be responsible for producing designs (carefully following our style guide and brand identity) across various channels, including digital ads, social media graphics, – static and motion, videos, and other multimedia elements, website banners, email campaigns, packaging and print collateral to enhance brand presence and effectively communicate our message to the target market.

Cherub Baby is an Australian award winning and innovative baby feeding products brand with distribution throughout Australia and globally. Our products are sold in Australia’s largest supermarket, pharmacy and baby store chains. Whilst we punch big, we are still a small enthusiastic team but growing fast!

The Role:

Design

Create digital content, including static and motion graphics, video editing, and interactive elements for different platforms which include but are not limited to social media, web banners, e-mail templates, landing pages, presentation deck, short-form video reels, etc. Design print content including marketing sheets, catalogues, product packaging. Organise assets, upload, edit, update website images, banners, videos and content. Depending on skills we may there may also be 3D animation work.

You will collaborate with different teams to understand the objectives and requirements of the design brief. You will also have the opportunity to contribute creative inputs for new projects and initiatives.

Skills and Requirements:

• Completed Bachelors Degree in Design, Digital Marketing, Marketing, Communications or associated field.
• 3+ years of experience with different adobe creative tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva
• A portfolio which shows your ability to create engaging designs as well as your versatility.
• Experience with other design tools such as Figma, Webflow, Canva, etc.
• Must be proficient in english communication both written and oral
• Autonomy: Ability to work autonomously and make strategic decisions with minimal supervision. Self driven.
• Strategic Thinker: Capable of developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies that align with business objectives.
• Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Problem Solver: A proactive problem solver who can navigate challenges and identify opportunities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently, demonstrating a keen sense of time management to meet deadlines within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail, combined with a passion for crafting visually appealing marketing materials that resonate with the target audience.
• Bonus points: knowledge of web design, UI/UX principles, and responsive design is considered a valuable asset to,enrich marketing efforts.
• Must be able to work on Australian (Sydney) hours and fixed schedule
• Amenable to using a time tracker
