We are seeking a creative and skilled Graphic Designer & Multimedia Specialist to join our team to help us communicate our mission through engaging visual content.

Job Overview:
The Graphic Designer & Multimedia Specialist will be responsible for designing high-quality visual materials, including posters, pamphlets, brochures, and video presentations, to promote our products and services. This role is ideal for a designer passionate about sustainable energy and proficient in both print and digital media. You will work closely with our marketing and sales teams to create impactful content that captures our brand and communicates our value to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and create visual assets: Develop visually appealing posters, pamphlets, and brochures for product promotions, events, and campaigns.
• Video production: Plan, design, and produce short video presentations and animations that effectively convey our brand story, product benefits, and customer testimonials.
• Brand consistency: Ensure all designs align with our brand guidelines and reflect our values of sustainability and innovation.
• Content collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality visual solutions.
• Content updates: Refresh and update designs and video content as needed to reflect new products, company updates, and market trends.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Visual Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in graphic design, multimedia, or related role. Experience with solar energy or sustainability-focused companies is a plus.
• Skills:
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects)
• Strong understanding of visual design principles, typography, color theory, and layout
• Experience in video editing and motion graphics production
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing your design skills in print and digital media, including video projects, is required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of sustainable energy and renewable energy products.
• Experience with digital marketing and social media content design.
• Familiarity with additional design software (e.g., Canva, Final Cut Pro) is a plus.
