Who We’re Looking For:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate has a strong portfolio showcasing high-quality design work, particularly for digital platforms like social media and email marketing. You should have a sharp eye for design trends, a solid understanding of typography and color theory, and the ability to create engaging content that resonates with diverse audiences. This role requires proficiency in industry-standard design software, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative spirit.

What You’ll Do:

Design and Content Creation:

• Create compelling graphics for social media posts, email marketing campaigns, and YouTube thumbnails.
• Develop and maintain templates and design assets for various digital platforms.

Collaboration:

• Work closely with the marketing and content teams to ensure design elements align with brand guidelines and marketing goals.
• Communicate effectively to understand project requirements and deliver outstanding results.

Innovation and Trend Adoption:

• Stay updated on the latest design and social media trends.
• Propose fresh, innovative ideas to enhance the visual identity of our brand.

Quality and Deadlines:

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality output.
• Deliver projects on time, adhering to deadlines and quality expectations.

Requirements

What You’ll Need:

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma (Canva is not acceptable).
• A strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in social media, email marketing, and digital content design.
• A solid understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
• Experience creating YouTube thumbnails and engaging visual content.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong attention to detail and time management abilities.
• Familiarity with social media trends and best practices.
