What You’ll Do:

As our new Graphic Designer, you’ll create a wide range of eye-catching materials that captivate our audience and elevate our brand. Your creativity will bring to life:

• Catalogues and brochures that highlight our homes.
• Digital assets for eDMs, web, and social media that engage our audience
• POS materials and signage that grab attention
• Internal communications that motivate and inform our team
• Visuals for our philanthropic and community programmes

You’re someone who:

•  Holds a degree in graphic design or a related field.
• Has at least 2 years of graphic design experience (experience in residential construction is a plus).
• In-house experience with the ability to manage projects from concept to finished art
• Strong multitasking skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Is proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and eager to learn new trends.
• Meticulous attention to detail, even under tight deadlines
• Values collaboration and communicates effectively with team members.
