We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer specializing in branding and merchandise to elevate the visual identity of Montegallo Investment Company. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their expertise in developing cohesive brand strategies and designing high-quality merchandise that resonates with our target audience.

Key Responsibilities:

Brand Development:

Collaborate with the marketing and communications team to create and refine Montegallo’s brand identity.
Design and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all platforms and materials.
Develop visual concepts and graphics for marketing campaigns, presentations, and digital content

Merchandise Design:

Conceptualize and design a variety of merchandise items, including apparel, accessories, and promotional products.
Work with vendors and suppliers to ensure the highest quality production of branded merchandise.
Create mock-ups and prototypes to present design concepts to stakeholders.

Collaboration and Communication:

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and executive leadership, to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions.
Present design concepts and provide rationale for design choices to stakeholders.
Incorporate feedback and iterate on designs to meet project goals and deadlines.

Trend Analysis and Innovation:

Stay updated on industry trends, design techniques, and competitive landscape.
Bring fresh and innovative ideas to the table to keep Montegallo’s brand and merchandise ahead of the curve.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
3+ years of professional experience in graphic design, with a focus on branding and merchandise.
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design software.
Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in branding and merchandise design.
Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Experience working in the financial or investment industry is a plus but not required.
