We are a digital media company in the music space based out of Long Beach, California working with some of the top banks in the country.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and talented Graphic Designer to become a part of our team. You will play a key role in shaping the visual aspects of bank and music clients. Your primary responsibilities will include creating engaging graphics and visually appealing social media elements to enhance user engagement. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in graphic and motion design, expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, and a demonstrated ability to produce visually compelling content.

Responsibilities:

• Design visually appealing marketing materials, including social media posts, websites, and promotional content.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute design concepts that align with our branding strategies.
• Ensure brand consistency across all projects and maintain a cohesive visual identity.
• Meet project deadlines and manage multiple design tasks simultaneously.
• Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate best practices into design work.
• Designing original pieces, including illustrations and infographics.
• Demonstrate strong graphic design and illustration skills.
• Attend meetings as assigned.
• Maintain brand consistency throughout various projects.
• Update and enforce visual style guides for use by product teams and partners.
• Maintain brand consistency throughout marketing retainer clients.

Requirements:

Must-haves:

• At least three (3) years of experience as a Graphic Designer in an agency environment.
• Proficiency in using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Asana (or similar tools), and Slack.
• Familiarity with Squarespace and Shopify Design.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Strong aesthetic skills with the ability to combine various colors, fonts, and layouts
• Attention to visual details
• Ability to meet deadlines and collaborate with a team
• Amenable to work in the PST timezone.
