Overview:

The Graphic Designer role at Zia Infotech is a creative and collaborative position responsible for developing visually compelling graphic elements that support our marketing and communication efforts. You’ll work closely with internal teams to translate ideas into impactful visuals that elevate our brand image and resonate with target audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop high-quality graphic design elements for various marketing materials, including brochures,presentations, social media graphics, website banners, and email marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with marketing and content teams to understand creative briefs, target audience needs, and brand guidelines.
• Create original and eye-catching visuals that effectively communicate Zia Infotech’s message and brand identity.
• Maintain brand consistency across all design projects by adhering to Zia Infotech’s style guide and brand assets.
• Utilize industry-standard graphic design software like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign to create professional-looking designs.
• Possess a strong understanding of design principles such as layout, typography, color theory, and image selection.
• Stay up-to-date on design trends and best practices to ensure Zia Infotech’s visual communication remains fresh and relevant.
• Work effectively with internal teams, including marketing, content, and product teams, to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions.
• Communicate design concepts clearly and concisely, presenting your ideas to team members and stakeholders.
• Incorporate feedback constructively to refine designs and ensure they meet project objectives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field (preferred).
• 2-3 years of experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and versatility.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design software.
• Excellent understanding of visual design principles and best practices.
• Strong creative problem-solving skills and the ability to translate complex ideas into clear and engaging visuals.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively within a team environment.
