Graphic Designer | UGLY Creatives | India

Position Overview: We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to craft compelling visual content for our beauty products. The ideal candidate will have a passion for beauty and design, with a keen eye for aesthetics and trends. You will be responsible for creating engaging graphics that align with our brand’s image and resonate with our target audience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute visual concepts for beauty product packaging, advertisements, social media, and other marketing materials.
• Create visually appealing designs that enhance brand identity and support marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with the marketing and product development teams via virtual meetings and communication tools to understand project goals and deliver designs that meet those objectives.
• Maintain brand consistency across all visual materials and ensure designs adhere to established guidelines.
• Stay updated on industry trends, design techniques, and best practices to keep our visuals fresh and innovative.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Prepare and deliver final design assets for production, including print and digital formats.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• Proven experience (1+ years) as a Graphic Designer, preferably with a focus on beauty products or consumer goods.
• Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in design and creativity, with examples of beauty product designs and branding.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and other design software.
• Excellent understanding of color theory, typography, and layout design.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote work environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to present and explain design concepts via digital platforms.

Preferred Skills:

• Proven graphic designing experience
• Knowledge of current beauty industry trends and consumer preferences.
• Experience in designing for e-commerce platforms and social media.
