Graphic Designer (Remote)

Full Blast Creative is seeking a talented and experienced Graphic Designer. As a Graphic Designer, you will work closely with our clients and team members to develop and execute creative design solutions that meet their specific needs. You will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously and collaborating with other designers and account managers to execute on the visual concept our clients have requested.

We’re looking for an individual who has an experienced understanding of typography, colour theory, composition, layout, visual hierarchy, branding & identity, and core industry software for WordPress and Squarespace websites. The right individual is comfortable working in a team, and open to feedback and design critique to improve the overall quality and composition of your client deliverables.

Only qualified candidates will be contacted for a Zoom interview. A digital portfolio is required. Prior agency experience is not necessary but will be seen as an asset.

This position is remote, 40 hours per week with a monthly US salary of $1100 USD per month.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and design creative concepts for branding, marketing, and advertising materials including but not limited to logos, brochures, websites, social media graphics, and advertisements.
• Collaborate with clients and team members to understand their design requirements and preferences.
• Provide design direction and guidance to other designers on the team, ensuring that all projects are completed on time and to the highest quality standards.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, from concept to completion, ensuring that all deliverables are met within the established timeline and budget.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and provide creative input and ideas to enhance the overall design and user experience.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies, and recommend innovative design solutions that can benefit our clients.
• Communicate with clients to present design concepts and receive feedback, and work collaboratively to refine and finalize designs.
• Conduct design research and analyze data to inform design decisions.

Requirements:

• Education in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field, or several years of relevant graphic design experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing previous work in branding, marketing, and advertising materials.
• Expert proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality design projects on time and within budget.
