We are seeking a creative and tech-savvy Graphic Designer who is proficient in AI-based design tools and has hands-on experience in video content creation. The ideal candidate should be skilled in creating visually compelling graphics, leveraging AI to enhance design processes, and producing dynamic video content for digital platforms. You will collaborate with the marketing and product teams to deliver engaging content that resonates with our target audience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Graphic Design: Conceptualize and create visually appealing designs for various digital media, including social media posts, advertisements, and other marketing materials.
• AI Integration: Utilize AI-driven design tools to optimize workflows and produce innovative designs with efficiency.
• Video Content Creation: Develop, edit, and produce engaging video content for digital platforms, including product explainer videos, social media videos, and motion graphics.
• Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs align with the company’s branding guidelines and contribute to a consistent visual identity across platforms.
• Collaborative Work: Work closely with the teams to understand project requirements, suggest creative concepts, and deliver timely designs.
• Trend Awareness: Stay updated with the latest design trends, AI tools, video editing techniques, and software advancements to ensure cutting-edge designs.
• Creative Problem-Solving: Leverage AI tools for creative problem-solving, exploring innovative ways to tackle design challenges and meet client or project objectives.
• Asset Management: Maintain and organize design assets, templates, and project files for easy retrieval and modification.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Design Proficiency: Expertise in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro), Figma, or Sketch.
• AI Tools: Familiarity with AI-powered design tools
• Video Editing: Proficiency in video editing software
• Creative Thinking: Ability to translate complex ideas into visually appealing and effective designs.
• Understanding of UX/UI: Basic understanding of user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) principles to create interactive designs.
• Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, ensuring that designs are pixel-perfect and meet project requirements.
• Time Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver on tight deadlines.
• Communication Skills: Strong communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with cross-functional teams.
