Job Title: Graphic DesignerJob Summary:

A graphic designer is responsible for creating visual content that communicates messages effectively and compellingly. They use a combination of typography, photography, and illustrations to design creative assets for both digital and print media. The ideal candidate will be skilled in various design software, have a strong portfolio, and a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and Layout:
• Create and design a variety of digital and print materials, including brochures, logos, advertisements, social media posts, and websites.
• Collaborate with clients or marketing teams to understand project scope and objectives.
• Develop concepts, graphics, and layouts for product illustrations, company logos, and websites.
• Brand Identity:
• Maintain and evolve a company’s brand guidelines.
• Ensure consistency in designs and content across all company platforms.
• Conceptualization:
• Brainstorm visual and creative ideas with clients or internal teams.
• Present ideas to management, clients, or other team members for review and feedback.
• Software Expertise:
• Use design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or other relevant tools to execute design projects.
• Stay updated with new software and design tools that can enhance project outcomes.
• Project Management:
• Handle multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Work closely with printers, vendors, or production teams to ensure high-quality outcomes.
• Adaptation & Revisions:
• Modify designs based on feedback and ensure alignment with the original vision or brand.
• Provide finalized files and formats for digital or print use.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in graphic design.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, design, and layout skills.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
• Knowledge of web design and HTML/CSS is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

• Motion graphics and video editing.
• Experience with user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design.
• Illustration skills.

Pay: ₹10,200.99 – ₹20,000.00 per month
